BABY FOOD DRIVE
We are now an official Highline Food Bank drop!
We are pleased to announce our partnership with the food bank. This is just one more way that we all can connect with our community! We are focusing on baby food, however, we are pleased to take any food you donate to the foodbank. Thank you!

STUCK NO MORE...
With new covers, new titles and lots to read, it is getting harder and harder to tell if you have already read a book.

Here are some ways Page 2 BOOKS
can help!

1.  Look for the ‘republished’ label on books.

2.  We will print you a list of author's books or particular series at no charge.

3.  "Been there, done that". If you find you have indeed read it before, just bring it back for a straight across exchange. We guarantee it!

We look forward to helping you!

DonnaGood Bye and Good Luck!

Donna Stewart joined our store three years ago. As of January 22, 2010, Donna has decided to officially retire. We are all going to miss you, Donna.

If you shopped with us on Monday and Tuesday afternoons you were always treated to Donna's quick smile and gentle hello. She also became a whiz at re-stocking our books. One minute there would be a stack to be put away and the next minute, they were shelved! Many of you were helped to find the perfect book. Donna has been an important member of our team and we are extra grateful to her for all the times she stepped in to help.

Donna lives in Burien, so if you see her be sure to tell her how much she is missed!

Erin Sloan will be working on Monday and Tuesday afternoons for the forseeable future.

gAYLEThe Rest of the Story...

Recently my husband Rick and I drove to Bellingham to visit one of our other favorite bookstores, Village Books and to check out their 'print on demand' Expresso Book Machine. It was amazing.

It reminded me of seeing a computer for the first time.

See you soon!
